Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 16, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Autonomy QA platform and related websites, applications, APIs, agents, documentation, support, and services. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Autonomy QA. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, signing an order form, or using an API key, you agree to these Terms and any applicable order form, data processing agreement, acceptable use policy, product documentation, or plan limits referenced by Autonomy QA.

If there is a conflict, a signed order form controls for that customer, followed by a signed data processing agreement, these Terms, and then product documentation.

2. Description of Services

Autonomy QA provides an AI-native quality engineering platform for creating, running, observing, and managing software testing workflows across supported web, mobile, API, email, SMS, and related surfaces.

  • Test Plan creation, import, execution, and management.
  • Agent-driven Runs, diagnosis, screenshots, recordings, DOM snapshots, logs, model traces, and other evidence.
  • Product Graph, risk, reporting, and collaboration features.
  • Integrations with customer environments, identity providers, repositories, CI/CD, issue trackers, communication tools, payment providers, and model providers.

We may modify the Service over time, including by adding, changing, suspending, or removing features, provided we do not materially reduce paid core functionality during a subscription term without an appropriate replacement or remedy.

3. Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate account and billing information, keep credentials and API keys confidential, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected compromise.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, organization, users, API keys, runners, and connected environments, except to the extent caused by Autonomy QA's breach of these Terms.

4. Customer Data and Environments

You retain ownership of your applications, environments, Test Plans, Run evidence, prompts, outputs, logs, screenshots, recordings, and other content you submit to or generate through the Service.

You grant Autonomy QA a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and use customer data only as necessary to provide, secure, support, improve, and operate the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

To the extent Autonomy QA holds any rights in AI Output generated for you, we assign those rights to you, so that as between the parties you own the AI Output, subject to any rights or restrictions in the underlying model providers' terms. Where a Data Processing Agreement is in place, it governs our processing of personal information contained in customer data.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to test your target applications and environments, for configuring safe test accounts, and for avoiding production-destructive actions unless you intentionally authorize them.

5. Restricted Data and Use

Unless agreed in writing, you must not submit protected health information, payment cardholder data, government identifiers, biometric data, children's data, export-controlled data, or similarly sensitive regulated data to the Service.

You must not use the Service to:

  • violate law, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or contracts;
  • attack, scan, overload, or disrupt systems without authorization;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or benchmark the Service except as allowed by law or written agreement;
  • circumvent usage limits, security controls, billing, or access restrictions;
  • submit malicious code, secrets you are not authorized to use, or unlawful content; or
  • use AI outputs as a substitute for human review where professional, legal, safety, or production-release judgment is required.

6. AI Features

The Service uses AI systems and third-party model providers to help execute Runs, reason about failures, generate test suggestions, classify evidence, and produce reports. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, non-deterministic, or dependent on the quality of customer inputs and target environments.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for release, compliance, security, or operational decisions. Autonomy QA does not guarantee that every defect, risk, outage, accessibility issue, vulnerability, or regression will be found.

Because of how generative AI works, AI outputs may not be unique: the Service may generate the same or similar output for other customers, and your ownership of your outputs does not prevent others from independently generating substantially similar output. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train foundation models, and our AI model providers process your data under commercial terms that prohibit training on it. Your use of AI features is also subject to the applicable model providers' terms and acceptable-use policies.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may interoperate with third-party services selected by you or used by Autonomy QA to operate the platform. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products outside our control, but we remain responsible for our obligations under these Terms when we use subprocessors to provide the Service. Where the Service routes your content to AI model providers, your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms and acceptable-use policies.

8. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the plan, checkout, order form, usage metrics, or invoice terms presented when you subscribe. Fees are due when stated and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge applicable fees, taxes, usage overages, and renewal amounts using your selected payment method.

We may suspend or downgrade access for late payment after reasonable notice, except where prohibited by law or by a signed enterprise agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

Autonomy QA and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, agents, workflows, models, interfaces, documentation, designs, trademarks, and other platform technology. Except for the rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.

Feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas you provide may be used by Autonomy QA without restriction or compensation, provided we do not disclose your confidential information in doing so.

10. Confidentiality and Security

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party must protect confidential information using reasonable care and may use it only to perform under these Terms, unless disclosure is required by law.

Autonomy QA maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for the Service. You remain responsible for your users, credentials, target environments, and customer data choices.

11. Beta and Previews

Beta, preview, experimental, free, trial, or evaluation features are provided as-is, may change or stop at any time, may have lower availability or support, and should not be used for critical production decisions unless we agree otherwise in writing.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, or that all defects, regressions, vulnerabilities, or quality issues will be detected. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business interruption, or replacement services, even if advised of the possibility.

Except for excluded claims, each party's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts paid or payable by you to Autonomy QA for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or $100 if you used only free services.

14. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Autonomy QA and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your customer data, target environments, unauthorized use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service or cancel a subscription as described in your account, checkout, order form, or billing portal. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that may harm Autonomy QA, customers, users, third parties, or the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive, including payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities, and dispute terms.

16. Governing Law

Unless an order form or written agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Autonomy QA is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court with jurisdiction.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by updating this page, changing the date above, or notifying account owners or administrators. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
